To this one, I have a clear plan: even if I was busy with work, I will make sure, I will eat when I'm hungry and preferably something healthy. Even, if I was busy, I will make sure, that I get enough exercise and even if I had a lot to do, I will make sure I get enough sleep. Because when I'm feeling well, I'm sure, I will be a more energetic mom and wife, I will work more efficiently and most importantly, I will be healthier.
